At Mooos Creamery, our goal is to make every scoop, shake, and treat a sweet experience. Because our products are made fresh and perishable, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than retail stores. Please review our policy below.

1. All Food Sales Are Final: Due to the perishable nature of our ice cream, beverages, and desserts, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a product has left our store or has been delivered. This ensures food safety for all our customers.

2. Order Accuracy & Quality: We take great care to ensure your order is made exactly as requested. If you believe there is a mistake with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or an incomplete order), please let us know immediately, either before leaving the store or by contacting us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, melted due to delay, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your receipt,a brief description of the issue, a photo of the item, if applicable.

4. Event Orders and Catering: For large or custom orders (such as catering, parties, or bulk ice cream tubs), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation begin ahead of time.

5. Gift Cards and Merchandise: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Non-perishable merchandise (like apparel or tumblers) may be exchanged within 30 days if unused, in new condition, and accompanied by a receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping if applicable.
